Ashlee is a 30 Yr. old Lady Born & raised in Monroe, LA. YES She was in pageants when she was a little girl and has just recently found her way back to them via having had a daughter of her own. Her daughter Alivia is 4 Years Old and has competed in just only 4 Pageants so far. She has brought home 2 titles and a 1st runner up. Ashlee herself NEVER placed better than 3rd Runner-Up in her pageant days but that might have been contributed to the fact her father was always the EMCEE of the pageants she was in lol Back in those days they did try to keep it fair and did not want people to think she could have won on her father's reputation. Now Ashlee & her Mother have decided to venture out into Pageant directing on their own. But OFCOURSE with the help of her father as the EMCEE.

Personal History Ashlee has been married for nearly 9yrs. to the most WONDERFUL man in the world. She married Chris on November 5th 2000 and shortly after on November 14th 2000 he left for U.S. ARMY Basic Training & A(dvanced) I(ndividual) T(raining) for 6 months. Ashlee & Chris having decided early in their relationship they deffinately wanted children but Ashlee having been diagnosed with issuses and not being able to concieve dedicated all their extra time to children and helping those who needed it and trying to be a POSITIVE influence in as many lives as possible. When Chris returned from A.I.T. a miracle occured and they acctually concieved a child. The end result was an AMAZING, BRILLIANT, TALENTED, & Not to mention HANDSOME (Like his daddy) son named Turner who is now 9yrs. old. Ashlee went from weighing 286lbs to 375lbs during her pregnancy. After having delievered Turner & for 5yrs after, Ashlee struggled TREMENDOUSLY with her weight and was only able to lose down to 340lbs. In Dec. of 2005 Ashlee underwent Gastric ByPass Roux-eN-Y Surgery and has now lost from 340lbs to 200lbs and couldn't be happier. HOWEVER little did they know that Ashlee's weight was the cause of her Infertility. So only 6 Months after the surgery another Miracle happened. This time that miracle was named Alivia. Alivia ANOTHER AMAZING, BRILLIANT, TALENTED, & Not to mention BEAUTIFUL (thanks to her daddy) child. So with god smiling on them Ashlee & Chris has been able to accomplish the impossible together through trials that are unbelievable to most from the ARMY. They STILL dedicate as much time as possible to children in general not just their own. They also have 4 nieces & 3 nephews who are more like their own children to them than nieces and nephews. Ashlee & Chris are nortoriously known for SPOILING children rotten and giving them just about everything they can.

Now with this story in mind maybe you the reader will be able to understand a little better why Ashlee decided to go into Pageant directing even though she has not been that knowledged in pageants before. The thing that matters most to her with the Pageants of LALPC is that each and every child feels special, beautiful, talented, & loved !!!
Ashlee has also recently gotten back into Radio which is yet another passion of hers. She is currently working at FUN RADIO 92.7 FM www.fun927fm.com and can be heard ON THE AIR on Saturdays 10AM - 2PM !!!
